Implementing the organizational streamlining roadmap, the Northern Power Corporation has reorganized from 27 provincial Power Companies to 17 Companies; at the same time, converted district-level Power Companies to the Power Supply Management Team model to suit the new management orientation. Lai Chau Power Corporation has converted the district and city Power model into the following Power Supply Management Teams: Doan Ket Power Supply Management Team, Than Uyen Power Supply Management Team, Tan Uyen Power Supply Management Team, Sin Ho Power Supply Management Team, Phong Tho Power Supply Management Team, Nam Hang Power Supply Management Team, Bum To Power Supply Management Team.

The Power Supply Management Teams are business locations under PC Lai Chau - headquartered at the (old) Power Companies, on the basis of streamlining and rearranging the organizational structure towards terminating the operations of the current Power Companies, establishing the Power Supply Management Teams; inheriting and fully implementing the tasks, rights, obligations and legitimate interests of the Power Companies to improve operational efficiency, get closer to customers, thereby promptly meeting the needs for electricity and electricity services, ensuring that customer service is carried out in the most proactive, professional and effective manner; at the same time, in accordance with the administrative organizational structure at the commune level.
