Southern Power Corporation has just issued Decision No. 143/QD-HDTV on merging Binh Phuoc Power Company into Dong Nai Power Company.

Accordingly, from July 1, 2025, Binh Phuoc Power Company will be merged into Dong Nai Power Company. The name after the merger is Dong Nai Power Company, with headquarters at the old Dong Nai Power Company and Facility 2 at the old Binh Phuoc Power Company headquarters.

Mr. Truong Dinh Quoc, Chairman and Director of Dong Nai Power Company Limited (before the merger), holds the position of Director of Dong Nai Power Company (after the merger) from July 1, 2025; the term of appointment is 5 years.

On July 1, Dong Nai Electricity Company announced the decisions to appoint deputy directors. Accordingly, the company has 7 deputy directors, including Mr. Do Huu Hoang, Le Hoang Trung, Tran The Du, Le Tan Quang, Do Van Duong, Dang Xuan Truong and Nguyen Tran Tri Linh.
