In Official Dispatch No. 10688/UBND-KTNS dated November 27, 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee approved the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward to receive the working headquarters of agencies and units at the old Binh Phuoc Provincial Administrative Center for management and arrangement as the new Binh Phuoc Ward Administrative Center according to the dual-use model.
The headquarters include: Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee (old), Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Council (old), Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee (old), Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Phuoc Province (old), Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee (old), Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee (old), Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee (old).
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward to proactively contact and coordinate with relevant units to hand over and receive the headquarters, inventory the list of assets, complete the documents according to regulations; send them to the Department of Finance for review and submit them to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision to transfer the headquarters to Binh Phuoc Ward for management and use.
As for the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the transfer of public assets is the working headquarters under the authority of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province. Therefore, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc ward is assigned to proactively contact and coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to carry out the handover and reception of the headquarters according to the guidance of the Department of Finance.
Regarding the proposal of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward to allocate special funds to serve the dual-use model and funds to repair and renovate the old Binh Phuoc Provincial Administrative Center, the Provincial People's Committee requested that, after the competent authority approves the use of the headquarters, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward coordinates with the Department of Construction and relevant agencies to survey, evaluate the current situation and prepare a budget to send to the Department of Finance for synthesis and consultation with the People's Committee according to regulations.
