Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV launches Occupational Safety and Health Month 2026

On May 4th, Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV held a ceremony to launch the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Workers' Month in 2026.

Occupational safety and health work is always implemented comprehensively and systematically by Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV.

This year's Action Month is implemented with the themes: "Innovating management and improving the effectiveness of occupational safety and health in the digital age" and "Vietnamese workers: Innovation and creativity, increasing labor productivity" to raise awareness, promote compliance with the law, and build a safety culture in production.

At the ceremony, company representatives stated that in 2025 and the first four months of 2026, occupational safety and health (OSH) work will be implemented comprehensively and systematically. The company has strengthened its safety management system with 26 members of the OSH Council, along with a network of 114 safety and health officers; and organized numerous inspections, training sessions, and awareness campaigns for thousands of employees.

Notably, in 2025 and the first few months of 2026, the company did not experience any workplace accidents; any incidents that occurred were handled promptly in accordance with regulations. Employee health care was maintained with an in-kind compensation budget of nearly 4.8 billion VND in 2025.

During the ceremony, representatives of the workers delivered speeches in support of the initiative and adopted a commitment to participate in the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month and the Workers' Month in 2026.

Accordingly, the entire staff and employees are committed to strictly adhering to labor safety regulations, striving to prevent serious work accidents and equipment failures, and ensuring that 100% of employees comply with internal regulations and production procedures and fully utilize personal protective equipment.

Representatives from the workshops signed a commitment to compete with Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV.

The company continues to promote initiatives and technical improvements; strengthen self-inspection, identification, and control of workplace risks; and promptly detect and prevent violations of safety regulations.

Traffic safety and fire prevention measures are also included in the performance evaluation criteria for each unit and individual.

The emulation movement is also linked to improving the spiritual life of workers through cultural and sports activities, contributing to building a safe and healthy working environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV, Nguyen Vu Hoang, emphasized that in the coming time, the unit will continue to innovate management practices, apply technology in safety monitoring, raise employee awareness, and aim for safe, efficient, and sustainable production.
