Voters recommend the province to study the rearrangement of administrative units suitable for each locality, creating consensus among party members and people; strengthen the management mechanism, grasp public opinion and thoughts among party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in the process of rearranging and streamlining the apparatus. In addition, voters recommend strengthening supervision to prevent and combat corruption; expanding conditions for land division.
