Each lantern usually costs nearly 100 million VND in total, the body of the car is about 70 million VND, the rest is the cost to renew the models every year. According to the plan, the Tuyen Quang City Festival 2025 will have main activities taking place from October 3-5 (August 12-14 of the lunar calendar). The highlight is the opening ceremony on the evening of October 3 (August 12 of the lunar calendar) at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square.
