Voters in Ham Thang sent many opinions to the candidates for the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council.

On the morning of March 7th, candidates for the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term from Electoral Unit No. 17 held a meeting with voters in Ham Thang ward to present their action programs and listen to the opinions and aspirations of the local voters.

The candidates participating in the voter outreach included: Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Phuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ham Thang Ward; Mr. Dang Hong Sy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee; and Mr. Vu Minh Tan, Specialist of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Ly Ward, Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Cam Ly Ward, Da Lat.

Candidate Ngo Thi Thanh Phuong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ham Thang Ward, presented her action program at the Conference.

During the meeting, after listening to the candidates' action programs, voters in Ham Thang ward expressed their agreement and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, approachability, and efforts in their work of each candidate.

Candidate Dang Hong Sy, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, presented his action program at the Conference.

Voters also requested that candidates, if elected to the Provincial People's Council, effectively and concretely implement their action programs, focusing on solutions to promote socio -economic development and paying attention to improving the lives of the people.

Candidate Vu Minh Tan, Specialist at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Ly Ward, Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Cam Ly Ward, Da Lat, presented his action program at the Conference.

Voters also shared their understanding of the province's common difficulties in its development process and expressed their hope that the province would continue to address obstacles related to land issues and strengthen cultural institutions at the grassroots level.

Some voters also mentioned the need for greater attention to the lives of grassroots officials and retired officials; increased investment in digital transformation; and support for the activities of local branches and associations, especially senior citizen associations.

In addition, voters have requested that the province strengthen close monitoring of flood releases from irrigation and hydropower projects to avoid flooding similar to what occurred in the area at the end of 2025.

On behalf of the candidates, Mr. Dang Hong Sy, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, clarified some issues of concern to voters. He also affirmed that, whether elected or not, the candidates would strive to fulfill their duties well in their respective positions.

If elected by voters as a representative to the Provincial People's Council, the candidate will have the opportunity to fulfill the role and responsibilities of an elected representative, focusing on conveying and resolving issues of concern to voters and making recommendations in order to care for and improve the material and spiritual lives of the people.
