On January 17th, Cluster No. 4 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province as the cluster leader, held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 and implement tasks for 2025. Attending the conference were representatives and specialists in charge of emulation and reward from the four Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism: Tuyen Quang (Cluster Deputy Leader in 2024); Ha Giang; Cao Bang; and Bac Kan.

In 2024, all units in the Emulation Cluster successfully completed their tasks according to the annual work plan, ensuring quality, progress, and timeliness. Some units even completed and exceeded the targets set in the plan. The emulation movements focused on fulfilling the political tasks of the agencies and followed the provincial and ministerial campaigns and thematic programs across all areas of work, creating a vibrant atmosphere and motivating collectives and individuals to achieve accomplishments. This contributed to the successful fulfillment of the political tasks of the agencies and units in particular, and the Emulation Cluster in general.
In addition, the evaluation and awarding process within the cluster ensures objectivity, democracy, fairness, and prioritizes rewarding small groups and individuals who are directly involved in labor.
At the conference, delegates enthusiastically discussed and clarified the achievements, pointed out shortcomings, and proposed solutions to promote the effectiveness of emulation and reward work and the emulation and reward movement of units in emulation cluster No. 4.
A representative from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Giang province delivered a speech at the conference.
In the coming period, units in emulation cluster No. 4 will continue to thoroughly understand and seriously implement the emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for National Defense in 2025; promote close, effective coordination and cooperation in organizing activities focusing on a number of contents such as: Emulating to successfully complete the political tasks of 2025…
Units in Emulation Cluster No. 4 signed an emulation agreement for 2025.
Within the framework of the program, the Emulation Cluster also unanimously agreed to propose that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism award certificates of merit to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang province.
At the same time, the conference also unanimously elected the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang province as the Cluster Leader and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province as the Cluster Deputy Leader for the 2025 emulation cluster; launched the emulation campaign and signed the emulation agreement for 2025.
