The contest to learn about E10 biofuel runs from May 25th to May 31st.

The online round of the "Understanding the Benefits of E10 Biofuel" competition officially took place on digital platforms from 10:00 AM on May 25th, marking the beginning of a series of activities to promote and raise community awareness about the use of environmentally friendly biofuels.

Through this online competition, the Organizing Committee hopes to attract a large number of people nationwide to participate, spreading the message of green living, green consumption, and working together to protect the environment.

The online competition will be held from 10:00 AM on May 25th until the end of May 31st. Through a system of knowledge-based questions, the competition aims to disseminate information to the public, businesses, and the community about the role and benefits of E10 biofuel in environmental protection, green economic development, and national energy security; while also contributing to raising awareness, changing consumption habits, and encouraging the use of environmentally friendly biofuels.

The online portal for the E10 biofuel quiz officially opened at 10:00 AM on May 25th.

The contest is open to Vietnamese citizens both domestically and abroad; businesses, organizations, individuals, and consumers interested in the contest's content. Players can participate by following these steps:

Step 1: Access the Electronic Portal of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development at http://dms.gov.vn; or access the competition software at https://e10.dms.gov.vn; you can also scan the QR code to participate in the test.

Step 2: Players select the "Take the test" option and fill in all personal information as requested by the system before starting the test.

Step 3: Players answer 20 multiple-choice questions. Before the end of the test, players answer one additional open-ended question and enter their answers directly into the system.

Players are not limited in the number of times they can participate in the competition. The result will be the result of the last attempt. The Organizing Committee will not recognize results from cases where technical means are used to interfere with the system, affecting or falsifying the competition results.

The maximum total time for the test is 20 minutes, with no time limit for individual questions. Scoring is determined from the moment the player begins the test until they complete and submit their answers.

Regarding the scoring method, from question 1 to question 20, each correct answer is worth 1 point, with a maximum total score of 20 points. Open-ended questions are used as a ranking criterion for players.

The prize structure for the online round includes 1 First Prize worth 3,000,000 VND; 2 Second Prizes worth 2,000,000 VND each; 3 Third Prizes worth 1,000,000 VND each; and 10 Consolation Prizes worth 500,000 VND each.

The Organizing Committee expects the "Understanding the Benefits of E10 Biofuel" contest to contribute to strongly spreading the message of using environmentally friendly fuels, raising community awareness about the benefits of E10 biofuel for the environment, health, and sustainable development. Through this, it encourages each citizen to change their consumption habits, raise their sense of responsibility in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, work together to protect the environment, and move towards a green, sustainable future.
