The investment field is Real Estate - his forte, the second field is production in Green and sustainable development areas, the third field is entertainment. " In addition, ATB will also operate as a Venture Capital Fund, where I and other "Sharks" will invest in businesses of young, enthusiastic and good-idea Founders/CEOs in Vietnam as we have been quietly doing for many years. Investment here may not only be money, but also consulting on Management and Strategy. ATB will also have a Consulting segment by leading Vietnamese experts in each field, especially in the fields of Management Consulting and Enterprise Systems, Design Consulting and Brand Strategy (with Three Trees Media), Crisis Management Consulting for Enterprises... " - he added. According to the National Portal on Business Registration, ATB Investment Partners was established more than 1 month ago (November 9, 2022). The legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh.
Earlier in early November, TNG Holdings Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company announced the decision to appoint Mr. Dang Tat Thang as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Permanent Deputy General Director. According to TNG's announcement, Mr. Thang is in charge of managing and implementing foreign affairs of TNG Group and its member units. At the same time, he directly manages TNS, TNH - two member companies in the fields of investment, hotel management and trade services of TNG. However, in the announcement of establishing his own company, he also hinted at "breaking up" with TNG Holdings, ending his "hired job": "For the first time in my life, I personally experienced the feeling of beautiful girls, being "wooed" by rich men, I received job offers from no less than 10 large corporations in Vietnam and finally after a while I accepted a job offer from what I thought was the most civilized place and the most interesting job for me personally. Then I quickly realized that I was not suitable for the culture in the new place, and most importantly, when you have reached the peak of your career as an employee, you cannot stay at that peak forever, you have to go down to conquer other peaks: I am proud to have had a career as an employee as professional, dedicated, kind and decent as possible and now I will embark on a new challenge: joining the Vietnamese business community with the establishment of ATB Investment Partners. Born in 1981, Mr. Thang has a Master's degree in Construction and Project Management at Northumbria University (UK). Mr. Thang has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Project Management & Investment at large corporations, as a senior leader and manager such as: Vice Chairman of FLC Group, Deputy General Director and Head of Investment Department of FLC Group, Project Director of Viet Star Group (2011-2014), Project Management Expert at Capital Land Singapore (2010-2011), Assistant Director of Bidding at Compass Group UK & Ireland (2008-2010). Among them, his name is best known for his leadership role at Bamboo Airways. In March 2022, Mr. Dang Tat Thang was appointed Chairman of FLC and Bamboo Airways after Mr. Trinh Van Quyet was arrested. However, at the end of July 2022, he resigned from all positions at FLC and Bamboo Airways for personal reasons after 8 years of association. " Standing up from Bamboo Airways due to a life and career incident and other unavoidable reasons, I chose the most civilized and kindest way to say goodbye that I believe many people could do if they were in my position when forced to leave their "biological child" - he wrote.
