Many cultural and artistic activities
Along with activities of visiting and giving gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services, war invalids and martyrs, many cultural and artistic programs were simultaneously organized in localities across the province to pay tribute to those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. In particular, Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center coordinated with communes and wards: Long Thanh, Hung Thinh, Long Ha, Loc Thanh, Xuan Phu... to implement mobile performance programs with many themes such as: Dong Nai aspiration to shine, Memories of the time of fire and flowers...
Deputy Head of the Professional Department, Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center Nguyen Thi Tuyet Linh said that in addition to free mobile performances to serve the people, the center organized a beautiful photo exhibition with the theme of Gratitude displayed at the New Soldier Training Battalion, Division 370; at the same time, ran a mobile propaganda loudspeaker and promoted visual propaganda on many main roads of communes and wards.
According to Tran Anh Tho, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Library, to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day this year, the library will not organize exhibitions or arrange art books like previous years, but the reading rooms will still operate normally, serving readers from Tuesday to Saturday every week. In particular, the library has been actively introducing many works on the topic of soldiers, armed forces, and patriotic traditions through the library's website and fanpage. Thereby, helping readers better understand the heroic history of the nation, arousing gratitude, pride and a sense of responsibility in each individual and the community.
Dong Nai Art Theater simultaneously organized live and online performances to serve political tasks and serve the people. Two art troupes: traditional - ethnic and contemporary have been bringing many unique music and dance performances, focusing on portraying the image of soldiers, heroic Vietnamese mothers, recreating the historical milestones of the nation through art and performing traditional songs.
The art program Memories of the War and War Era to celebrate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day took place on the evening of July 26 at Duong Tu Giang Park (Tam Hiep Ward) with 14 special music and dance performances by Dong Nai artists. Towards serving the grassroots
Along with art performances and exhibitions, many localities in the province organized candle lighting ceremonies at martyrs’ cemeteries and at historical and cultural relics. The activities mobilized a large number of union members and youths to participate in cleaning and decorating graves and repairing relics, creating a solemn and emotional atmosphere.
Party Secretary and Chairman of Tam Hiep Ward People's Council Nguyen Xuan Thanh said that on the evening of July 26, the locality organized a candlelight ceremony at the national relic site of Tan Hiep Prison (Tam Hiep Ward); coordinated with the cultural sector to organize the art program Memories of the Fire and War Period at Duong Tu Giang Park (Tam Hiep Ward). These practical activities to commemorate the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day have profound humanistic significance, and are an opportunity to express gratitude and educate the tradition of patriotism and noble ideals for today's young generation.
Currently, 7 mobile film screening teams of Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to organize big screen film screenings to serve the people. Among them are Vietnamese feature films with strong revolutionary characteristics, including: Don't Burn, Mui Co Chay, The Child and the Soldier, The Disabled Teacher... Before and after each screening, the teams combine loudspeakers to promote major holidays, towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2; preventing and combating summer drowning in children...
