Diverse Snake mascots welcome the new year
In the joy of welcoming the New Year of the Snake 2025, many localities in the province have built and displayed the mascot symbol of the Year of the Snake, to create highlights and add richness to the series of activities celebrating the Party and Spring to serve the people and tourists.

The At Ty year mascot cluster of the province has the theme "Vu Dat Vo flower garden", built by the Department of Culture and Sports, and displayed at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon City). The main symbol cluster takes the image of Duong Long tower cluster - a special national architectural and artistic relic - as the main background, with a height of 7.5 m. On that background is the At Ty year mascot inspired by the image of the 5-headed Naga snake god, 5 m high, vividly simulated, bearing the unique features of Champa culture, placed in the center of the tower cluster, with sound, light and steam effects creating a mysterious scene that impresses viewers. The secondary symbol cluster (back - facing the sea) is 4 m high, with a modern stylized shape following the trend of digital transformation and future technology. Behind the mascot cluster is the image of a pair of clenched hands symbolizing the solidarity and determination of Binh Dinh to catch up with the trend of 4.0 technology.
In addition to the main cluster of symbols, there are also secondary symbols representing the cultural identity, tourism resources, typical products of Binh Dinh, the aspirations of the land of Vo..., interspersed with a flower garden with more than 40,000 flower pots, leaves, and ornamental plants with more than 30 diverse types of colors will create an impressive and magnificent work of art to serve the people and tourists coming to Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh to celebrate the New Year of At Ty. The area of the statue of Nguyen Sinh Sac - Nguyen Tat Thanh is also decorated with beautiful spring trees and flowers, combined with the display of 60 - 80 spring photos.
Mr. Ta Xuan Chanh, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, said: Currently, the construction unit is urgently creating the mascots to ensure the progress according to the plan. The mascots of the year of At Ty will be inaugurated on the afternoon of January 21 (ie December 22, Giap Thin year) and displayed to the public until February 9 (ie January 12, At Ty year).
Perhaps everyone is very eager to see this year's mascot cluster of the province, but the details will be "revealed" on the opening day.

Everywhere make snake mascot
This year is the 5th time Hoai An district has built a mascot display on the occasion of Tet with its own unique features, promoting the beauty of the midland land known as the "fruit capital" of Binh Dinh. The main mascot cluster of the year At Ty of Hoai An district is shaped like a pair of 3.4 m high lucky snakes; the secondary symbol clusters represent local specialties, such as: Go Loi tea boxes and tea packages; Hoai An pigs and chickens; fruit clusters including coconuts, grapefruit, custard apples, jackfruit, watermelon, guava; symbols of spring fortune, gold coins, yellow apricots, cartoon snakes on the left and right sides of the welcome gate...
According to Mr. Ngo Tran Hung, Director of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Center of Hoai An district, the mascot cluster of the year At Ty 2025 of the district was built at Square 19.4 (Tang Bat Ho town); inaugurated on December 22, Giap Thin year, displayed to serve the public until January 10, At Ty year.
An Lao district built a cluster of mascots for the year of At Ty with the main symbol being a rising snake, two clusters of sub-symbols "Tet Binh An" and "Xuan Hanh Phuc" are arranged alternately with trees, flowers, and leaves of bright colors representing the atmosphere of Tet reunion, a new year filled with happiness with the image of the three gods (Phuc - Loc - Tho), banh chung, banh tet, watermelon, yellow apricot, jars of An Lao wine... will be displayed from December 26, Giap Thin year to January 10, At Ty year, at 7.12 Square (in front of An Lao Victory Monument) in An Lao town, An Lao district, for people and tourists to visit and check-in.

Tuy Phuoc district created a mascot with the theme "Tuy Phuoc innovation and development", with the main mascot cluster of a stylized snake family, gentle and cheerful, in harmony with the rhythm of traditional musical instruments. In addition, there are also secondary symbols with bai choi cards, hat boi masks, Banh It tower cluster, simulation of Con Chim, local specialties... showing that Tuy Phuoc district aims to preserve and exploit the value of cultural heritage and scenic spots to develop cultural tourism. The mascot cluster of Tuy Phuoc district is displayed at Xuan Dieu Square (Tuy Phuoc town), from December 23, Giap Thin year to January 20, At Ty year.
This year is the second time An Nhon Town has created a mascot to welcome spring. The mascot symbol of the year of At Ty of An Nhon Town consists of 3 clusters: The main cluster with the theme "Celebrating Spring At Ty 2025" is shaped like a pair of snakes on both sides with a height of 6 m, in the middle is the An Nhon logo. On both sides are sub-clusters with the themes "Spring fragrance", "An Nhon Town celebrates the Party, celebrates spring" displaying symbols with wishes of prosperity in the new year, promoting the image of An Nhon land and people, will be "debuted" from December 22, Giap Thin year to the full moon of January, At Ty year, at the Central Square of An Nhon Town.
Mr. Mai Xuan Tien, Vice Chairman of An Nhon Town People's Committee, said: "The construction and display of the town's mascots for the Year of the Snake aims to create an exciting atmosphere for people and tourists to celebrate Tet in a joyful and healthy way, in accordance with the civilized lifestyle, good cultural traditions of the nation and local customs and practices."
Some other localities, such as Hoai Nhon town, Tay Son, Vinh Thanh and Phu My districts, also created and displayed the mascot of the year of At Ty, contributing to diversifying activities to celebrate the Party and Spring; creating a highlight for tourism, attracting tourists to their homeland Binh Dinh during Tet.
