To celebrate Children's Day on June 1st, Kim Dong Publishing House is releasing many new books, diverse in genre, for children.

The "Young Environmental Activists" series combines storytelling and scientific knowledge, providing young readers with essential information to become active environmental protectors. The stories are carefully selected to be relatable to the lives of Vietnamese children.

Cultivating Emotions (4 volumes) is a creative picture book series that uses images of familiar foods to help children identify and overcome emotional challenges and develop life skills.

Author Le Hang has just released a children's novel titled "Legend on the High Hill ." The work tells the story of the love and noble sacrifice of Mr. Ty Tuong, a man considered abnormal, living alone in a dilapidated house on the hill, told through the eyes of an eight-year-old buffalo herder.

The Purple-Feathered Knight is a fairy tale by writer Hoang Nhat Tuyen, telling the story of a mischievous and energetic rooster named Purple Rooster who later becomes a diligent and righteous warrior.

Besides children's books, Kim Dong Publishing House is also introducing many works for young adults, including: "Together We Gaze at the Stars" by Le Nghia Thanh, which tells about first relationships - friendship, family, and the gentle blossoming of romantic feelings; and "Kim Trang's Journey to the West" by Nguyen Hai Yen, which tells the story of the ancient village where Yen's maternal grandparents live. Due to family circumstances, the girl is forced to leave the town and return to her hometown, taking along an "unwilling" younger sibling.
