The investor only needs to submit the commencement notice and design documents to the state management agency for monitoring, while fully complying with regulations on land, fire safety, environment, etc.
In phase 1, there are projects eligible for exemption from permits, with a total capital of nearly VND 5,564 billion, including: Landcom's housing project in Tuyen Son area; Da Nang marina; Thuy Tu villa area (phase 2); hotel on Hoang Ke Viem street; and the apartment-commercial complex of Hai Hanh Company.
