
According to VCCA, the program aims to create a unique experiential space, introduce traditional teas and cakes, contribute to honoring the value of Vietnamese tea and traditional cakes, and demonstrate the culinary quintessence of the culinary culture of the Central region and Vietnam.
The program is organized by VCCA in coordination with the Danang Culinary Culture Association (DCCA) and Furama Resort Danang, focusing on introducing a space for experiencing tea and cakes in a hands-on interactive way.
Within the framework of the program, the public will participate in many specialized activities about tea and cakes, approaching about 10 tea brands, 20 types of cakes produced in Europe, and 35 types of traditional Vietnamese cakes.
Specifically, attendees can enjoy ancient Snow Lotus tea, watch folk art performances, and participate in tea making and traditional cake making.
In addition, the program also has talk shows introducing traditional tea making rituals, tea culture in life and tourism , as well as demonstrations of making traditional cakes for participants to enjoy on the spot.
The Vietnamese Tea Culture Program aims to create an environment for exchange between the public, artisans and businesses; promote the cultural value of tea and cakes and foster the development of the tea-loving community in the Central region.
