
According to VCCA, the program aims to create a unique experiential space, introduce traditional teas and cakes, contribute to honoring the value of Vietnamese tea and traditional cakes, and showcase the distinctive culinary essence of Central Vietnam and Vietnamese food culture.
The program, organized by VCCA in collaboration with the Da Nang Culinary Culture Association (DCCA) and Furama Resort Da Nang, focuses on introducing an interactive, hands-on tea and pastry experience.
As part of the program, the public will have the opportunity to participate in various themed activities about tea and pastries, and access approximately 10 tea brands, 20 types of pastries produced in Europe, and 35 types of traditional Vietnamese pastries.
Specifically, attendees can enjoy ancient Snow Lotus tea, watch traditional folk art performances, and participate in hands-on tea brewing and traditional pastry-making activities.
In addition, the program also includes talk shows introducing traditional tea-making rituals, tea-drinking culture in daily life and tourism , as well as demonstrations of preparing traditional cakes for participants to enjoy on the spot.
The Vietnamese Tea Culture Program aims to create an environment for interaction between the public, artisans, and businesses; promote the cultural value of tea and pastries; and foster the development of a tea-loving community in the Central region.
