The program also launched 5 art troupes, including: Na Khuong, Na Dinh, Nam Cam, Khuoi Phuong, Khuoi Veng... instructed by lecturers from Lao Cai Province's Center for Training and Performing Arts. These are the core elements that contribute to improving the spiritual and cultural life, spreading the love of art to the people in the area.
