National Assembly delegates visit President Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum
The delegates respectfully bowed before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the outstanding son of the Vietnamese people, remembering his great contributions to the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people, who issued the first decrees on the General Election to serve as the fundamental legal basis for a free and truly democratic electoral regime. Since then, the National Assembly has always accompanied the nation, embodied the great national unity bloc, fulfilling its responsibility as the highest representative body of the people with great and important contributions to the revolutionary cause of the country.
As planned, the 7th Session will be held in 2 phases: Phase 1: from May 20 to June 8; Phase 2: from June 17 to the morning of June 28. The total working time of the Session is expected to be 26.5 days.
At this session, the National Assembly will spend most of its time on law-making, supreme supervision, consideration and decision on socio-economic issues and a number of other important issues.
