Miss Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy (born in 2002, from Da Nang ) is Miss Vietnam 2022. Prior to that, Thanh Thuy won the Miss University of Da Nang 2021 contest and was the first runner-up in the Miss Elegant Student of Da Nang 2021 contest.
CEO Pham Kim Dung conducted the sash presentation ceremony for Miss International Vietnam 2024 to Miss Thanh Thuy.
"Thuy has fulfilled her role and mission before the end of her term as Miss Vietnam. This is the motivation for Thuy to bring the name of Vietnam to the international beauty pageant arena... Thuy will do her best to bring to international organizations a representative of Vietnam who possesses the full courage, qualities, patriotism, and a desire to promote the image of Vietnam and its people to the international stage," Miss Thanh Thuy said emotionally.
Miss Thanh Thuy's national costume will be worn at the Miss International 2024 pageant in Japan in November 2024.
When competing in Miss International 2024, Thanh Thủy will wear a costume called "Lotus Silk" by young designer Bùi Công Thiên Bảo for the National Costume segment of Miss International 2024.
Miss International 2024 will be the 62nd Miss International pageant, with the final night scheduled to take place on November 12, 2024, at Tokyo Dome in Japan. With her outstanding achievements, Miss Thanh Thuy is expected to achieve a high ranking in this year's competition.
