Saigon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company (SIP) has just supplemented documents for the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Accordingly, SIP adjusted the 2022 dividend proposal to a rate of 90%, including 45% in cash and 45% in shares. Previously, SIP planned to submit to shareholders a dividend of 96%, including 16% in cash and 80% in shares.
At the same time, SIP also issued bonus shares at a rate of 55% (each shareholder owning 100 shares will receive an additional 55 shares). Thus, the total dividend and bonus share ratio of SIP in 2022 is 145%, including 45% in cash and 100% in shares.
If the issuance of shares to pay dividends and bonuses is successful, SIP's charter capital will double from VND909 billion to VND1,818 billion.

On the stock market, at the end of the trading session on May 29, the stock reached 102,500 VND/share, up 10% compared to the beginning of the month.

* MHC: According to the documents of the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, MHC Corporation set a plan for 2023 with total revenue reaching 200 billion VND, an increase of 3% compared to 2022. Expected pre-tax profit is 40 billion VND, while last year it lost more than 31 billion VND.
* PVS: At the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation set a revenue plan of VND 13,200 billion, down 19.4% compared to 2022. The profit target also decreased sharply by 42%, to VND 560 billion.
* SGT: On May 24, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province issued a Decision on leasing land to Saigon Telecommunication Technology Joint Stock Company for the purpose of implementing the investment project to build and operate the infrastructure of Tan Phu 1 Industrial Cluster, Tan Phu Ward, Pho Yen City (phase 1).
* IJC: Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex IJC) announced the Board of Directors' Resolution approving the implementation of the plan to offer additional shares to increase charter capital in 2023. Accordingly, IJC will offer nearly 126 million shares to existing shareholders at a rate of 50%. The expected implementation time is in 2023-2024, after being approved by the State Securities Commission.
* SIP: Saigon VRG Investment JSC officially divested all capital from its affiliated company - New Generation Construction and Development JSC after selling all 8.5 million shares (18.9% ratio). The transaction was conducted by negotiation during the period from May 24-26.

* ABS: The Board of Directors of Binh Thuan Agricultural Services Joint Stock Company (Bitagco) has just approved the extension of the 4th 2021 dividend payment at a rate of 5% in cash to August 31, 3 months later than the previous announcement (May 31).
* TMP: Thac Mo Hydropower JSC announces the last registration date to exercise the right to receive the second interim dividend payment in 2022 in cash at a rate of 12%. Payment date June 22.
* THG: Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the Board of Directors' Resolution on the final dividend payment of 2022 in cash, rate 10%. Payment time 5% in cash for the first installment is on July 6 and 5% for the second installment is on October 6.
* BFC: The Board of Directors of Binh Dien Fertilizer JSC approved the closing of shareholders to pay the final dividend of 2022 at a rate of 14%. Last registration date is June 16 and payment date is June 30.

Closing the trading session on May 29, VN-Index increased by 11.22 points (1.05%) to 1,074.98 points. HNX-Index increased by 2.67 points (1.23%) to 220.31 points. UPCoM-Index increased by 0.55 points (0.68%) to 81.13 points.
According to SHS Securities, VN-Index has almost escaped the small accumulation base to continue the short-term recovery process and if it overcomes the resistance level around 1,075 points. The next target of the index will be the 1,100-1,150 point area corresponding to the old peak area of the previous recovery waves.
VCBS Securities recommends that investors can take advantage of the fluctuations in the session to disburse and increase the proportion of stocks in industries that attract cash flow such as securities, chemicals, and construction.
