The Provincial Young Cadres Club is a voluntary social organization, established with the aim of gathering capable and promising cadres, civil servants and public employees, under 40 years old, who are working at the Party agencies, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, provincial-level socio -political organizations, mass organizations; Departments, branches, sectors, districts and cities in the province to exchange and learn experiences in work, scientific research, promote capacity and professional skills, and successfully complete assigned tasks. The Club currently has 97 members.
During the past term, the Provincial Young Cadres Club has always closely followed the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, the management of the Department of Home Affairs; the orientation of the Provincial Vietnam Youth Union and the practical work of the Club members.
The Club's Executive Board has focused on innovating the content and methods of operation; harmoniously linking programs and activities with the implementation of tasks at the locality, agency and unit of members and promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
Pay attention to training and capacity building of members and generations of students in the province. Focus on leadership and direction with focus and key points, towards activities to participate in building the homeland, supporting social security; focus on exploring and creating new activities to improve the quality of the club's activities.
Actively expand cooperation and coordination with all levels, sectors, organizations, businesses and young cadre clubs outside the province. Pay attention to attracting and gathering young cadres to participate and participate in club activities.
Members continue to affirm the role, position and significance of club activities, contributing to the effective implementation of tasks in localities, agencies and units as well as building the style of cadres to meet the requirements of the new period.
The results and achievements in the activities of the Provincial Young Cadres Club have actively contributed to the successful implementation of political tasks of localities, agencies, units and the province in recent years.
In the 2023 - 2028 term, the Club sets out 10 key tasks to focus on implementing.
At the Congress, delegates had many comments and contributions to clarify the results achieved in the past term of the Club; at the same time, made recommendations and proposals for the Club to operate more effectively in the coming time.

Speaking at the Congress, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc acknowledged, praised and congratulated the achievements of the Provincial Young Cadres Club in the past term. At the same time, he emphasized that in recent years, the province has always paid special attention to the training, fostering, planning and appointment of young cadres.
In response to the development requirements of the province in the new period, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested a number of tasks for the Club to carry out in the coming time: Pay attention to innovating methods, approaches, and contents of activities, and must create a practical "playground" for the young leadership team; build and organize specific, practical activities that are meaningful in both propaganda and practical effectiveness; regularly exchange and share experiences to learn and progress together...
Strengthen and improve the work of political education , revolutionary ideals, ethics, cultural lifestyle, promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle, raise the sense of organization and discipline, sense of responsibility, and sense of serving the people for club members.
The Club needs to soon stabilize its organization, develop operating regulations, work plans and programs, effectively gather its staff, and diversify its activities to maximize the enthusiasm, youth and creativity of its members in participating in economic, cultural and social development programs, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, ensuring national defense and security, and building a clean and strong Party and political system for the province.
The Club's Board of Directors needs to proactively discover young, promising staff to propose and introduce to competent authorities for consideration of planning, training, fostering, consideration, arrangement, and assignment to leadership and management positions according to their abilities and strengths.
Affirming the position and role of the young cadres, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Each member of the Young Cadres Club is an exemplary cadre, meeting the standards, conditions, qualities, and ethics; having qualifications, abilities, and strengths in each field of work; being trusted, assigned tasks, selected, and appointed to leadership and management positions by the Party Committee and the collective leadership of the agency or unit. Contribute to building a cadre team of the province with sufficient courage, qualities, capacity and qualifications; dedicated, enthusiastic, creative and responsible in work, bringing the homeland and the country to strong development steps in the future.
On this occasion, he requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels regularly pay attention to, create favorable conditions and environments for young cadres to promote their abilities, train and strive to mature.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that immediately after the congress, the new term Executive Board of the Provincial Young Cadres Club should closely follow the requirements and tasks of the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, the key areas of work, urgently develop the Action Program of the new term, and have a roadmap to implement specific goals and tasks suitable to the actual situation of the province.
