In his closing speech at the Congress, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Ministry Party Committee, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung stated: After 1.5 days of working with a serious, urgent, responsible and scientific spirit, the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, term 2025 - 2030, has completed all the contents of the proposed program and achieved great success.

According to the Minister, the success of the Congress is reflected in three aspects:
Firstly, in-depth in terms of content. The Congress focused on discussing 11 quality opinions, with rich and diverse forms of expression, clarifying the contents of the Political Report presented by the Party Executive Committee at the Congress. At the same time, it focused on discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents submitted to the Government Party Congress and the 14th National Congress of the Party. The opinions at the Congress will be received by the Presidium for further completion and sent to competent authorities according to regulations.
The Congress expressed high consensus with the Political Report presented to the Congress. The document not only demonstrates the strategic vision but also sets out clear directions for the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to implement in the coming time.
Second, the organization of the Congress was prepared early, remotely, and took place in a thoughtful, objective, and scientific manner. The direction of the Presidium ensured the correct content and script.
Third, it is rich in form. In particular, there is high solidarity and unity of the entire Party, expressed as a unified block in will and action. From there, it creates strength, expresses high determination, drastic action, and great expectations to carry out the tasks in the coming time. In addition, the supporting forms and sideline activities of the Congress are also organized with strong cultural character and cultural depth.
The Congress discussed and voted to approve the full text of the Resolution of the Congress. In addition to affirming the determination to successfully implement the goals stated in the political report, the consistent spirit, which guides all actions of the Party Committee, is: "Building a clean and strong grassroots Party organization; Solidarity, discipline, responsibility; Resolute action, aspiration to contribute, innovate, and comprehensively develop Vietnamese culture and people in the new era of the nation" and imbued with the viewpoint: "Culture is the foundation - Information is the conduit - Sports is the strength - Tourism is the connecting bridge".
The Congress also sets high demands for the coming period, requiring stronger breakthroughs than ever before. We must not only "keep the rhythm" but also know how to "create a new rhythm". That rhythm must be faster, higher, stronger and more drastic.
Therefore, the requirement is that every cadre and party member in the entire Party, especially those in management positions, heads of units, and secretaries of Party committees at all levels, must have a long-term vision, think deeply, do great things, and renew themselves and their organizations.
The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, term 2025 - 2030, was a great success.
Referring to the famous saying "Try to light a candle rather than curse the darkness", the Minister said that it is not only a declaration but also a way of action for cultural officials at this time.
"For the success of the Congress, we sincerely thank the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee for taking the time to care and direct; Comrade Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee, Deputy Prime Minister attended and delivered a speech directing the Congress. The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed 10 bright spots of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the 2020 - 2025 term and identified 8 key tasks in the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Congress also respectfully thanked and acknowledged the efforts of 58 grassroots party organizations in the entire Party Committee; the support and attention of organizations and specialized agencies not under the Party Committee but under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism who attended the Congress, monitored and grasped the situation to apply in the process of performing professional tasks.

Delegates performed the flag-raising ceremony to close the Congress.
"With a strong belief in the future of the country's rich and powerful development in the new era. In particular, with the close leadership of the Central Executive Committee, directly the Politburo, the Secretariat, headed by the General Secretary, the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister, it is expected that, from the success of the Congress, we will be able to add new resources and strength, both in spirit, investment resources, and in facilities and institutions, so that the country's culture, sports and tourism industry can continue to develop. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with its state management function, will manage in a new way, in accordance with the spirit of the organizational revolution.
