On August 1, the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Party Committee held the official session of the 14th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
Attending the congress were comrades: Hoang Trung Dung, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine; Major General Le Van Trung, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4 .

In the 2020-2025 term, the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Party Committee has thoroughly implemented the resolutions and directives of the superiors, advised the leaders, directed and effectively organized the implementation of local defense and military tasks; built a strong provincial armed force in all aspects, built a clean and strong Party organization, achieved comprehensive results and successfully completed the goals and tasks set out in the Congress Resolution; contributed to maintaining political stability, social order and safety, and promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

Notably, the Provincial Military Party Committee has many policies and drastic solutions to improve the overall quality and combat readiness of the provincial armed forces; focusing on innovating training work; during the term, it has completed provincial-level defense zone drills , 13 district-level defense zone drills, 3 forest fire prevention and control drills, flood and storm prevention drills, and more than 200 commune-level defense combat drills, all of which achieved good results and absolute safety. It has well implemented the Project on reorganizing the local military organization "elite, compact, strong", dissolving the district-level Military Command, establishing the Border Guard Command, the Regional Defense Command, and reorganizing 69 commune-level Military Commands, which have now basically stabilized...
With the results and achievements, in 2025, the Military of Ha Tinh province was honored to receive the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal from the President and for many consecutive years was awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag, Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region and Provincial People's Committee.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Party Committee focuses on leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of three breakthroughs: Improving the quality of staff work in performing national defense, local military, and border tasks, creating momentum for the province to develop. Strengthening the building of discipline, training; promoting administrative reform, digital transformation; building a strong, modern, and compact provincial armed force; building a comprehensively strong, "exemplary, typical" unit with synchronous and effective operations. Improving the leadership capacity of Party committees and organizations at all levels; promoting the cultural values and qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, the vanguard and exemplary role of cadres and Party members.
Speaking at the congress, Major General Le Van Trung, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4, requested that in the coming term, the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Party Committee focus on innovating, improving the quality and effectiveness of staff work for local Party committees and authorities; building a strong and widespread militia and self-defense force, with a strong reserve force; making breakthroughs and innovating to improve the quality of training; promptly leading, directing, and drawing experience in the arrangement and operation of local military organizations; leading the building of a politically strong provincial military force; taking care of building a clean and strong exemplary provincial Military Party Committee.
