In the 2019 - 2024 term, the Association's work and youth movements were implemented synchronously and comprehensively, bringing about many practical results. The Association's movements and programs were innovated in content and organizational form, contributing to the formation of a generation of young people who are compassionate, dynamic, creative, proactive in participating in socio -economic development, and volunteering for community life.
The work of building the organization of the Union has many changes, its activities have been in-depth, affecting many youth groups. The front of solidarity and gathering of youth has been strengthened and expanded. The Youth Union has increasingly affirmed its position and role as a broad social organization, uniting and gathering youth, promoting the strength of youth in the new period.

With the slogan " Vinh Phuc Youth: Solidarity - Aspiration - Creativity - Integration - Development", for the 2024 - 2029 term, the Provincial Youth Union continues to promote the movement "I love my Fatherland" and focus on implementing key targets: 100% of cadres, members and youth in the province are propagandized, thoroughly grasped and studied about the directives and resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State, resolutions of the Youth Union and Association; 100% of Vietnam Youth Unions in districts and cities have at least 2 activities participating in preserving and promoting national cultural identity; 100,000 members and youth participate in volunteer activities organized by the Union at all levels; 90% of youth have access to digital capacity building activities; 40,000 people are examined and given free medicine...
On behalf of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, Comrade Nguyen Kim Quy, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Youth Solidarity and Gathering Committee, the Central Youth Union acknowledged, commended and congratulated the Vinh Phuc Provincial Youth Union for its good implementation of the Union's work and youth movements, achieving and exceeding the targets set at the beginning of the 2019-2024 term.

He suggested that in the new term, the Youth Union of Vinh Phuc province continue to implement the movement "I love my Fatherland"; innovate the content and methods of operation of the Union, focusing on strongly applying digital transformation throughout the Union; promote start-ups among young people; constantly expand the solidarity front, gather young people and build a strong Union.
Speaking at the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh warmly commended the achievements in the youth movement and activities of the Youth Union at all levels during the past term.

To successfully implement the goals set by the congress, he suggested that the provincial Youth Union should continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; improve the quality and effectiveness of revolutionary action movements; expand the solidarity front, gather young people; further promote the role of representing, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of young people; pay attention to building, consolidating and developing a strong Union organization, truly a broad social organization of young people.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh believes that the province's youth movement will have a new, stronger development step, contributing worthily to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress.
The Congress elected the Provincial Youth Union Committee for the 6th term, 2024 - 2029, consisting of 39 comrades; elected the Delegation to attend the 9th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union for the 2024 - 2029 term, consisting of 15 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Trung Kien, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, was re-elected as Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union.

The Congress objectively and comprehensively assessed the implementation of the Resolution of the 5th Provincial Youth Union Congress, term 2019 - 2024 in all aspects of work; determined the goals and tasks of the Union and youth movement for the term 2024 - 2029, built a strong Youth Union, widely gathered patriotic youth, contributing with the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people to firmly build and protect the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
