Attending the Congress were leaders of the Dong Nai Provincial Farmers' Association, local leaders, and 95 official delegates representing 1,380 farmer members in the entire commune.

The Congress approved the political report of the Executive Committee of the Commune Farmers' Association for the 2023-2025 term, evaluating the results of the farmers' movement and the Association's work in the recent period. During the term, the Association's work had many positive changes: Propaganda and education work was innovated, with diverse forms, widely spread to members through branch and group activities and smart radio; The whole commune has 16 branches, 105 groups with 1,365 members, the regular activity rate reached over 90%; The emulation movement "Good farmers in production and business" developed strongly, in the 2023-2025 period, 06 good farmer households in production and business, 04 good cashew growing households were commended; The Association mobilized people to contribute 270 million VND, more than 500 working days, and donated 210m² of land to build 05 cement concrete roads 2km long, contributing to the completion of new rural traffic criteria; The movement "Farmers participate in environmental protection" was effectively implemented, the branches maintained sanitation, planted flowers, dredged sewers, built bright - green - clean - beautiful landscapes; The Association coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to support members in borrowing capital to develop production, and at the same time organized training, transferred scientific and technical advances, helped farmers apply technology, improve productivity and product quality.

The Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Thuan Loi commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, was introduced to the Congress.
At the Congress, the decisions of the Dong Nai Provincial Farmers' Association were announced to appoint personnel for the Executive Committee of the Thuan Loi Commune Farmers' Association, term I, including 23 members; Comrade Thach Ni was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025-2030 term.
On this occasion, the Congress commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Association's work during the past term and presented gifts to former Association officials of the previous term, recognizing their positive contributions to the farmers' movement in their commune.
