The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee, term 2025

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission currently has 37 party members. With the efforts and striving of the Party Committee, cadres, party members, and party cells, they have led and directed the successful implementation of the tasks and targets set out in the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term.

The (old) Party cells and the new Party Committee have gradually innovated and improved the quality of activities; well implemented the principle of democratic centralism, promoted the vanguard, exemplary role and responsibility of cadres and Party members.

Comrade Pham Duc Loc, Party Committee member in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, chaired the congress.

The implementation of Directive 05 and Conclusion 01 of the Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee of the Party's 11th and 12th terms has been focused on.

During the past term, 100% of party members and the masses participated in studying and thoroughly understanding the Party's directives and resolutions and the State's laws. 100% of party members were inspected; 55% of party members were supervised according to Article 30 of the Party Charter.

The new Party Committee and old Party cells have led agencies and mass organizations to respond to patriotic emulation movements, successfully carry out professional tasks and work in Party building and building strong mass organizations.

The 1st Congress of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission for the 2025-2030 term sets the goal of building a clean and strong Lam Dong Party Committee (new); united, unified; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; promoting the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members.

With the efforts and striving of the Party Committee, cadres, party members, and party cells, the Party has led and directed the successful implementation of the tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

At the same time, carry out comprehensive digital transformation in Propaganda and Mass Mobilization work, meeting the requirements of political tasks in the new period; determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term, contributing to building Lam Dong province to develop and firmly enter a new era of development with the whole country.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Tran Van Thuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the efforts and acknowledged the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department in the past time.

This congress takes place in a special context, with two contents including summarizing the implementation of the Party Congress resolution for the 2020-2025 term and determining the directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; Discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the draft documents of the congress of the direct superior Party Committee...

Therefore, the Congress needs to focus on discussing, contributing opinions, building political reports and congress resolutions in a way that is easy to implement, ensuring feasibility and good implementation; at the same time, participating in contributing opinions to documents of the Party Committee and Provincial Party Agencies.

Comrade Tran Van Thuong emphasized that on July 1, 2025, Dak Nong, Binh Thuan and Lam Dong provinces will merge into the new Lam Dong province, opening a new era with a new position, new vision, and new space.

With the motto of one locality, one vision, one action, one belief, comrade Thuong suggested that the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission propagate and mobilize cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers to work with peace of mind, soon stabilize their lives in the new environment, especially doing a good job of ideological work, resolving the regime for those who leave, those who stay, and those who retire promptly according to regulations.

At the same time, the Party Committee led the unit to do a good job of protecting the Party's ideological foundation with appropriate and creative solutions, especially in this transitional period. All cadres, party members, civil servants and workers will continue to promote the achievements, overcome difficulties and successfully carry out the tasks set out for the 2025 - 2030 term.
