The 1st Congress of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission for the 2025-2030 term

On the afternoon of July 25, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held the 1st Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the congress were comrade Nguyen Hong Trang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

The Party Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee was established from 4 Party organizations of 4 agencies. Currently, the Party Committee has 3 subordinate Party cells with 63 Party members.

Under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the higher-level Party Committee, in the past term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has proactively advised on the good implementation of assigned political tasks; actively innovated the content and methods of leadership, improved the capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, and maintained the spirit of solidarity and unity within the Party Committee and Party cells.

Leaders, agencies, unions, cadres and party members uphold the spirit of responsibility, concretize the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the Party Congress of the provincial agencies and enterprises for the 2025-2030 term into specific tasks of the Party Cell and Party Committee.

The Party Committee has focused on implementing the task of Party building and rectification in conjunction with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. At the same time, it has promoted the implementation of political and ideological activities, focusing on organizing the "Self-reflection, self-correction" political activity in the spirit of the conclusion of the 4th Central Conference of the 13th Party Congress.

Along with that, actively advise on innovation, improve the quality of propaganda work, educate revolutionary traditions; be proactive in forecasting, grasp the ideological situation; advise on good implementation of the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation. The work of directing, orienting, and managing the press has many innovations.

The Congress introduced the new Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The mass mobilization work of the political system has received attention, contributing to firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc. The Party Committee has advised on promoting the emulation movement of mass mobilization skillfully associated with local political tasks. Implementing well the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit"; promoting the strength, creating consensus of all classes of people in implementing key programs and projects in the area. At the same time, advising on promoting the emulation movement of mass mobilization skillfully associated with local political tasks.

With the motto "Solidarity, Democracy, Innovation, Creativity", in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department continues to innovate its working methods, strengthen its leadership and direction role to successfully complete assigned tasks. The Congress has set out 9 specific goals with many implementation solutions.

Speaking at the congress, Nguyen Hong Trang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to continue building a united, unified, clean and strong Party organization. In particular, it is necessary to pay special attention to political and ideological education; promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

The Congress introduced the Delegation to attend the Congress at a higher level.

At the same time, we must constantly innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of advisory work in both the fields of propaganda and mass mobilization. Advisory work must be “one step ahead”, must be closely related to reality and have strategic forecasting.

The Party Committee of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department must take the lead in digital transformation, building a modern and professional agency. Along with that, it is necessary to pay attention to planning, training, fostering, and building a team of cadres who are "both red and professional"; building a team of cadres with strong political will, pure ethics, dare to take responsibility, innovate, and be creative for the common good.

The Congress introduced the new Executive Committee of 11 comrades. Comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, was appointed as Party Secretary. The Congress also appointed the Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee; and appointed a delegation of 15 comrades to attend the higher-level Congress.
