The 11th Party Congress of the Department of Education and Training, term 2025-2030

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang province has thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, successfully organizing the implementation of the targets and tasks set out by the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Department. The leadership and direction of the Party Committee has been innovated and creative; political and ideological education has been given attention; and the work of organizing cadres has been given importance. The system of schools and school locations continues to be streamlined; the system of boarding and semi-boarding schools for ethnic minorities has been expanded in scale and gradually improved.

The quality of mass education and key education has improved. The rate of children attending kindergarten has increased, non-public preschool education has been given attention and encouraged to develop; the average score of the graduation exam and the rate of students passing the high school graduation exam each year is higher than the previous year; the number of students winning national excellent student awards has increased. In the period of 2021-2025, the whole province has achieved 212 national excellent student awards; 1 student was called to compete in the selection of the excellent student team to compete in the International Olympic. The whole province has 2 first prizes, 2 third prizes in the national science and technology competition, and 2 projects were selected to compete internationally in the United States.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Breakthrough - Development", in the period of 2025-2030, the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training is determined to promote the tradition of solidarity and democracy; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members. At the same time, constantly study and practice political and ethical qualities, improve capacity and qualifications in all aspects, determined to build a clean and strong Party organization.

The Congress introduced the new Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress Resolution has set out 10 targets, 4 key tasks and many solutions for implementation. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training continues to lead the implementation of the function of advising on issues of education and training in accordance with local practical conditions. Along with that, focusing on developing a team of teachers and educational managers with qualities and capacities, meeting the requirements of educational innovation and digital transformation. The whole sector continues to promote comprehensive digital transformation, applying artificial intelligence, science and technology in management and teaching; improving the quality of comprehensive education at all levels, focusing on developing students' capacity and qualities. The Congress introduced the new Executive Committee of 11 comrades. Comrade Vu Dinh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Director of the Department of Education and Training, was appointed as Party Secretary.
