With a proactive, serious, creative and highly responsible spirit, the Executive Committee of the 24th Regiment Youth Union has done a good job of preparing for the congress. In particular, the outstanding feature is the strong application of digital transformation, towards a paperless, scientific and modern congress.

Learning about this model, we found that all documents about the congress and the results of the Youth Union's work and youth movements of the Youth Union organizations in the past term were digitized and integrated into QR codes, helping delegates easily look up, save time, and facilitate discussions and contributions to draft reports. For delegates who are non-commissioned officers and soldiers who are not allowed to use phones, the congress arranged a computer system and iPads, and at the same time, assigned delegations to send officers and professional soldiers to support information lookup.

Captain Pham Trong Tho, Secretary of the 5th Battalion Youth Union (24th Regiment Youth Union) shared: “This is a very special congress, the result of implementing the “Digital Incubator” model of the Regiment Youth Union, reflecting the determination and strong desire for digital transformation of the youth of 24th Regiment. Another meaningful thing is that after the congress, this digital data warehouse will continue to be maintained, helping cadres, union members, and youth (YVTN) easily look up and update new information and documents, directly serving the study, training, and Youth Union work at the unit”.

It is known that in recent years, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the Youth Union organizations at the unit have had many innovations with many good models and creative ways of doing things. In particular, the development of science, technology, digital transformation, and social networks has been taken advantage of to improve quality, efficiency, and create attraction for young union members. The Youth Union of Regiment 24 has deployed propaganda channels through social networking applications, creating a close and attractive forum and helping cadres and young union members quickly and vividly access political education content, traditions, and tasks of the unit. At the same time, connect with families to manage, educate, and train cadres and young union members and spread the image and noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the hearts of the people.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Thuan, Deputy Political Commissar of Regiment 24, with the pioneering spirit, bravery and aspiration to contribute of the youth of the Regiment in the digital transformation period, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Regiment 24 set the goal and determination to improve the effectiveness of the Youth Union and youth movement. That determination was implemented right at the Congress of the Youth Union of the Regiment for the 2025-2030 term. The youth of Regiment 24 will proactively approach and exploit digital technology with the motto that each cadre and youth union member is a "digital soldier"; promote connections and data sharing with other units; at the same time, actively test new technological solutions, turning the "Digital Incubator" into a forum for innovation and creativity of the youth of the Youth Union of the Regiment.
