On the afternoon of June 12, Hoa Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the ceremony, the leaders of Hoa Binh Provincial Police announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Do Thanh Binh, Director of Hoa Binh Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of the Traffic Police Department.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and praised the contributions of Colonel Do Thanh Binh during his three years of dedication to Hoa Binh as the provincial police director. Colonel Binh, together with the provincial police board of directors, led and directed the excellent completion of assigned tasks.

In particular, Mr. Long said, Colonel Binh also implemented many innovative and effective policies and solutions, contributing to reducing crime, ensuring security and order, creating a safe living environment for people and promoting socio -economic development of the province.
Taking on a new assignment at the Traffic Police Department, Colonel Do Thanh Binh affirmed that in his new position, he will always maintain his political stance, constantly learn, unite, and work with the leadership and staff of the Traffic Police Department to excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Police force.
After Colonel Do Thanh Binh was transferred to become Director of the Traffic Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security assigned Colonel Truong Quang Hai, Deputy Director of Hoa Binh Provincial Police, to be in charge of operating this agency while waiting for the province to merge.
Colonel Do Thanh Binh (born in 1976, from Tien Hai District, Thai Binh) is a doctor of law, specializing in criminal investigation, and is considered a young, capable and responsible officer.
Colonel Binh has held many positions in the People's Public Security Force. In August 2022, Colonel Binh was appointed from Deputy Director of the Traffic Police Department to Director of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department.
