DTO - The Ministry of Public Security has just organized the Art Exchange Program "Remembering Uncle Ho's words" and the Commendation Ceremony, awarding the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" Award in 2022. Among the 20 exemplary models is Colonel Vo Thi Hoai Ngoc - Deputy Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police.

The “Outstanding Female Police Officer” award is a noble award from the Ministry of Public Security to female members with outstanding achievements in studying, working and fighting. The award has been implemented annually since 2015, and has so far honored 175 outstanding individuals representing female police officers of units and localities in many fields of work and has created a widespread influence within and outside the People's Police force.

Colonel Vo Thi Hoai Ngoc, in her position and role as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police, in charge of force building, political work and logistics - technical work, has advised the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police to deploy and implement the policies and directives of the Party and the industry on force building, political work, logistics and technical work to ensure compliance with regulations, achieving many positive results.

In the work of building the force, we have proactively grasped public opinion, promptly propagated and oriented new issues, attracted the attention of society; tightened discipline, strictly followed the regulations in Dong Thap Police, associated with praising and rewarding typical and outstanding collectives and individuals.

Colonel Vo Thi Hoai Ngoc directed the implementation of organizational and personnel work effectively, closely following practical work; reviewed, arranged, and merged a number of departments in units, contributing to streamlining and improving work quality and efficiency.

In the work of building a regular communal police force, Deputy Director Vo Thi Hoai Ngoc directed the synchronous implementation of key solutions in Resolution No. 12-NQ/DUCA dated July 25, 2022 of the Central Public Security Party Committee on continuing to promote the building of communal and town police to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Up to now, 766 regular police officers have been assigned to positions in 124/124 commune and town police stations, with an average of 6.18 officers per commune and town (exceeding the target). At the same time, proactively advising the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to pay attention to supporting and creating favorable conditions for the operation of the commune and town police force; facilities and means to serve the work...
