Colonel Vu Van Dau was transferred to hold the position of Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police.

According to Decision 4757/QD-BCA dated June 9, 2025 of the Minister of Public Security, from June 12, 2025, Colonel Ngo Thanh Binh, Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Investigation Police on Drug Crimes ( Ministry of Public Security ).

On June 12, 2025, Colonel Vu Van Dau (Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police) was transferred to take up the position of Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police (Decision 4761/QD-BCA, dated June 9, 2025 of the Minister of Public Security).

Colonel Vu Van Dau has just been assigned by the Minister of Public Security to hold the position of Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police.

Congratulating Colonel Ngo Thanh Binh and Colonel Vu Van Dau on being trusted and assigned new tasks by the Minister of Public Security, comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, expressed his belief that the two comrades will continue to promote their capacity and strengths to successfully complete their tasks.

With Colonel Ngo Thanh Binh, comrade Tran Quoc Cuong acknowledged his important contributions and dedication to all activities and achievements of Dien Bien province.
