Dak Lak expelled many party members from the party for violations.

At the meeting, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violations. Based on the Party's regulations, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to take disciplinary action by expelling the violating Party members from the Party.

The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has just held its 36th meeting chaired by comrade Tran Trung Hien, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, to review and conclude a number of important contents.

At the meeting, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the report and proposed disciplinary action against party members who violated the regulations at party committees, localities, and units. Through reviewing the report, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that:

Comrade Le Pham Binh, a Party member of the People's Committee Party Cell of the Ea Sup Commune Party Committee, during his tenure as Director of the Ea Sup District Land Registration Office (formerly) violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks in preventing corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization, local government and the agency and work unit to the point of having to take disciplinary action.

Comrade Le Van Hoang Lam, a Party member of the People's Committee cell of the Ea Sup Commune Party Committee, during his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Ia Rve Commune People's Committee, Ea Sup District (old), Dak Lak Province, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, reducing the prestige of the Party organization, to the point of having to take disciplinary action.

Comrade Dang Cong Tao, a Party member of the Doan Ket Residential Group Party Cell under the Ea Sup Commune Party Committee, during his tenure as Chairman of the People's Committee of Ya To Mot Commune, Ea Sup District (formerly), violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization, local government and the agency and work unit to the point of having to take disciplinary action.

Comrade Vu Van Quang, a Party member of the Party cell of Hamlet 1-Ya To Mot under the Party Committee of Ya To Mot Commune, during his tenure as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ya To Mot Commune, Ea Sup District (old), violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization, local government and the agency and work unit to the point of having to take disciplinary action.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hien, a Party member of the Hoa Tan Dong Commune Police Party Cell , during his tenure as Captain of the Criminal, Economic and Drug Crime Investigation Police Team, Dong Hoa Town Police, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization, local government and the agency and work unit to the point of having to take disciplinary action.

Comrade Le Manh Hung, a Party member of the Medical Center Party Committee under the Lien Son Lak Commune Party Committee, during his tenure as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Party Cell Secretary, and Deputy Director of the Lak District Medical Center (formerly), violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization, local government, and the agency and work unit to the point of having to take disciplinary action.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violations, based on the Party's regulations, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to take disciplinary action by expelling from the Party comrades Le Van Hoang Lam, Le Pham Binh, Dang Cong Tao, Vu Van Quang, Le Manh Hung, and Nguyen Van Hien.

Also at this meeting, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee considered and resolved one case of party disciplinary complaint, resolved two cases of complaints and denunciations, agreed to implement regulations on considering disciplinary action along with the inspection process when there are signs of violations in two cases, and concluded a number of other important contents.
