The delegation visited and encouraged Ms. Cao Thi Dao (95 years old, 76 years of Party membership), Lam Vien ward - Da Lat, who participated in the revolution since August 1945 as a female village self-defense force, squad leader - guerrilla platoon leader, and female youth union leader.

After regrouping to the North, she continued to work in many units such as a nurse at the Thai Binh Irrigation Construction Site, an ambulance, and studied nursing in Hai Phong; then became a nurse and physician serving at construction sites, airports, and the Military Academy.

Ms. Ngo Thi Hoa (85 years old, being proposed to be awarded the 60-year Party membership badge), Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat, comes from her hometown Luong Bang (formerly Hung Yen province). She has participated in youth work, the youth union and the women's movement since 1958 and has held many positions at the grassroots level, such as Deputy Secretary of the Commune Women's Committee, Member of the Commune Youth Union Executive Committee, food officer, Office of the Van Yen District Administrative Committee ( Yen Bai ).

After 1967, she worked at large factories and enterprises in Hai Duong, Hai Phong and then worked at the Department of Industry of Lam Dong province. Since 1990, she retired and lived with her son in Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat, continuing to participate in local social activities.

At the places she visited, Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen kindly inquired about the health and expressed her respect for the contributions of veteran female party members to the revolutionary cause as well as the local development. She hoped that the veteran female party members would continue to be shining examples, encouraging their children and the younger generation to follow.
