The 1st Congress of Bao An Ward Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030

On the morning of October 28, Bao An Ward Trade Union held the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Bao An Ward Trade Union currently has 22 grassroots trade unions with 1,040 union members. After being established, the Ward Trade Union quickly stabilized its organization and activities; effectively implemented the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of union members and workers; promoted patriotic emulation movements such as "Good worker, creative worker", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at housework"... Along with that, regularly coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the ward's unions to organize propaganda on the model of 2-level local government, build a civilized urban lifestyle, propagate the movement "Digital literacy", the online contest "Learning about the regulations of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies"... among union members, association members and the People through the radio system and social networks.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Bao An Ward Trade Union focuses on performing the task of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests, contributing to improving the quality of life of union members and workers; improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work; innovating the content and form of organizing emulation and improving the quality of commendation work... Strive to establish 1 union by the end of the term; 60% of grassroots trade unions in the non-state sector are classified as "Completing tasks well". Every year, each grassroots trade union introduces at least 1 outstanding union member to the Party for consideration, training and admission; 100% of ward trade union officials participate in movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Labor Federation on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and key positions of Bao An Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term and appointing delegates to attend the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Accordingly, the Executive Committee of Bao An Ward Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030, consists of 9 members.
