The distinctive mark of HDBank's digital and customer strategy.
The awards were presented on September 2nd. Among over 600 applications from 100 countries, HDBank was honored in three categories: Vietnam's Best Digital Bank; Vietnam's Best Bank for Customer Experience; and Vietnam's Best Bank for SMEs.
Prior to that, for two consecutive years, 2023-2024, HDBank received the Best Bank for CSR award in Vietnam from Euromoney.
Awarded "Best Digital Bank in Vietnam": HDBank continues to affirm its leading position in digitalization with 75% of new customers continuing to come from digital channels, the number of online transactions increasing by 51%, and 94% of personal transactions being conducted online by Q2 2025.
Simultaneously, HDBank is pioneering a trio of next-generation digital banking platforms: a cloud-based core banking system, the first of its kind in Vietnam, and the super apps Di HDBank and Di HDBiz.
HDBank is a pioneer in digitizing online credit and eKYC.
Awarded "Best Customer Service Bank in Vietnam": HDBank's "customer-centric" strategy, along with its SkyJoy - Vietjet partnership ecosystem with over 9 million members, Priority Banking, and innovative promotional programs, helps HDBank stand out in terms of service experience.
Awarded "Best SME Bank in Vietnam": By Q2 2025, SME loan balances will exceed VND 331,000 billion, a 28% increase compared to the end of 2024. HDBank is also a pioneer in digitizing online credit, eKYC, supply chain financing, and programs for women-owned businesses.
The "hat-trick" of Euromoney 2025 awards is a recognition of HDBank's strong progress, affirming its pioneering spirit, innovation aspirations, and international standing as a Vietnamese bank, contributing to enhancing the reputation of the finance and banking industry on the global map.
