Inspection and review starting from the grassroots level.
Currently, communes, wards, and special zones where centralized examination centers are located, along with relevant agencies and local authorities, are inspecting the preparation of facilities, equipment, and other necessary conditions for organizing the exams at educational institutions in their areas.
According to Le Van Cuong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Khe Ward, the examination venues for the 2026 High School Graduation Examination are basically the same venues used for the city's 10th grade entrance examination for the 2026-2027 school year, so the infrastructure is adequate.
However, to ensure that no errors occur, the Steering Committee for the 2026 High School Graduation Examination in Thanh Khe Ward has requested relevant departments, organizations, units, and schools to coordinate and provide the necessary conditions and support in accordance with regulations to ensure the examination takes place securely, safely, seriously, objectively, fairly, and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training .
During the first week of June, the People's Committee of Thanh Khe ward established an inspection team to check examination sites in the area, including: examination rooms, functional rooms serving the exam; electrical systems, fans, water, environmental sanitation; security and order, fire prevention and control, medical services, etc.

In Lien Chieu ward, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Lich said that the People's Committee is strengthening coordination among units to ensure the high school graduation exam takes place as planned. Accordingly, the ward police, in coordination with the Military Command and the Public Service Center of the ward, have developed specific plans to ensure absolute safety in terms of security, traffic safety, and fire prevention throughout the exam period in the ward.
“The relevant agencies are coordinating efforts to strengthen security and order in the area; stepping up propaganda, reminders, and requiring photocopy shops to commit to not printing or copying exam materials (cheat sheets) for candidates. Plans are in place to prevent and handle any negative behavior or the spread of false information that causes public panic, contributing to ensuring discipline and fairness in the exam,” Mr. Lich said.
Local youth unions and high schools are also coordinating with the government and health facilities to review and gather information on the situation of candidates in their localities and develop plans to proactively handle any unusual weather events, accidents, or health-related issues. The Da Nang City Youth Union and Student Association have established 99 "Exam Support" teams with more than 2,000 volunteers ready to assist candidates.
Tighten control over the printing, copying, and transportation of exam papers.
Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuan, Director of the Department of Education and Training, stated that, following the directive of the Head of the City-level Examination Steering Committee, the department, in coordination with the City Police, surveyed the location for printing and copying exam papers. The location for printing and copying exam papers ensures safety, isolation, and operates in three stages, in accordance with Article 16 of the Regulations on the High School Graduation Examination. Specifically, at least five police officers participate (one in stage 2 and at least four in stage 3).

All vehicles and equipment used for printing and copying exam papers were inspected and verified by the police force to ensure security and safety, and the connection ports were sealed before being brought into the exam paper printing area. The transportation of exam papers to the 99 examination centers across the city was absolutely safe and secure. The bags containing exam papers for each center were carefully locked and sealed in tin containers; ensuring escort, protection, and supervision by the police force throughout the transportation process. All 99 examination centers had rooms for storing and preserving exam papers and answer sheets in accordance with regulations.
In addition, the city police have issued a plan to ensure security, safety, and the protection of state secrets regarding the exam papers. This plan focuses on disseminating information and providing training on ensuring the security and safety of the exam; proactively monitoring the situation, preventing, promptly detecting, and strictly handling violations of the law, especially the buying, selling, and use of high-tech devices and artificial intelligence (AI) to cheat in the exam.
