Ensure thoughtful and solemn activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has just directed the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, Ca Mau Newspaper and Radio and Television to carry out activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.

On August 19, Ca Mau province held a groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration ceremony for many projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

In the past time, the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities have focused on implementing tasks and work to prepare for organizing and propagating the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

In order for the celebration activities to be organized solemnly, in accordance with the policies of the Party and the State, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee requested the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee to focus on implementing Plan No. 277-KH/TU, dated January 2, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on propaganda to celebrate major holidays and important historical events in 2025; Plan No. 10-KH/TU, dated July 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on propaganda to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The Provincial Party Committee led the Provincial People's Committee to urgently direct the acceleration of the implementation of assigned tasks in accordance with the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister on the preparation for the organization of the Exhibition of socio -economic achievements of Ca Mau province to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) at the National Exhibition Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi, ensuring strictness, efficiency, economy and on schedule.

Focus on directing and successfully organizing the anniversary meeting, fireworks display program and activities on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; coordinate with the Provincial Police Party Committee to direct security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting; closely direct medical work, food safety and hygiene and issues related to electricity supply, transmission lines, etc. to ensure that the anniversary meeting takes place thoughtfully, solemnly, effectively, safely and economically.

Visual propaganda and agitation must ensure timeliness and significance in accordance with Instruction No. 20-HD/BTGDVTW, dated July 15, 2025 of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Plan No. 10-KH/TU, dated July 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; at the same time, strictly manage information and communication activities, especially posting information on newspapers, the internet, and social networks; strictly handle violations, providing false information, distorting and opposing the Party, the State and our People.

Organize a delegation to visit and offer incense to heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs Cemetery (in An Xuyen ward and Hoa Binh commune, Ca Mau province); visit and offer incense to heroic martyrs of Hon Khoai uprising at the Temple of 10 heroic martyrs of Hon Khoai uprising; visit and offer incense to President Ho Chi Minh (at Uncle Ho Temple in Chau Thoi commune and President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in An Xuyen ward, Ca Mau province), on August 25, 2025.

Renovate and clean the environment of historical sites, memorial steles, monuments to heroic martyrs, and martyr cemeteries in the province. Organize gratitude activities, establish delegations to visit and give gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, and retired cadres of different periods.

Prepare conditions for coordination in organizing groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of key projects and works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2, ensuring compliance with the prescribed time.

Ca Mau Newspaper, Radio and Television opens special topics, columns, publishes special publications; produces news, articles, and reports in a series of propaganda activities on radio and television; produces art programs broadcast on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; propaganda content on printed and electronic newspapers; directs the live broadcast on Ca Mau Newspaper, Radio and Television of the meeting to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
