The festival organizers presented commemorative flags to the participating units.

With the theme "The Flavors and Colors of An Giang ," the festival not only showcases local specialties but also promotes An Giang's distinctive products, especially palm sugar and palm flower nectar – the main ingredients of many traditional cakes at the festival.

Within the framework of the event, the An Giang Trade and Investment Promotion Center, in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Yen province, organized a demonstration of processing ocean tuna, along with the "An Giang Flavors and Colors" folk cake competition, honoring the traditional culinary culture of the Seven Mountains region.

Notably, the festival also features a competition to establish a record for "100 traditional cakes made from palm sugar," organized by the An Giang Trade and Investment Promotion Center in collaboration with the Southeast Asian Institute for Research, Development and Preservation of Culture and Arts.

The competition featured 10 teams from provinces such as Kien Giang, Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, Tien Giang, Hau Giang, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, and An Giang. Each team prepared 10 traditional cakes using palm sugar from An Giang as the main ingredient.
