(Dan Tri) - The training course for Party committees at all levels at the beginning of the term organized by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs aims to equip them with knowledge and leadership skills, contributing to improving the capacity of Party organizations and Party committees in the new term.

On the morning of September 25, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs organized a training course for Party committees at all levels at the beginning of the term with the participation of 400 Party committee members at all levels.

Attending the training course were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ministry's Party Committee, Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long; Deputy Secretary of the Ministry's Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Huy Hung; Member of the Standing Committee of the Ministry's Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee's Organization Commission, Head of the Department of Personnel Organization Nguyen Tuan Ninh; Deputy Head of the Department of Personnel Organization Le Dat, Lecturer of the Institute for Party Building Studies, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Nguyen Thi To Uyen.

Participating in the training course are Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Executive Committee members, Inspection Committee members of Party Committees at all levels, Party cells and branches under grassroots Party Committees, and the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Enhance leadership capacity

Speaking at the training course, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long affirmed that training Party committees at all levels in the early term of 2025-2030 is an important task in Party building work, aiming to improve the capacity, responsibility and working skills of Party committee members.

In the context of the whole country carrying out a revolution in the arrangement and organization of the apparatus, the Party organization in the political system is also reorganized according to a new model. In which, the Party Committee plays a core and leading role.

Therefore, the Deputy Minister emphasized that improving the leadership and direction capacity of Party committees at all levels is a very important task. This is a political task set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the 2025-2030 term.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry, the training course will help Party committees at all levels update and consolidate theoretical knowledge and professional Party work, especially new contents in regulations, resolutions, directives and instructions of the Party.

At the same time, training Party committees at all levels at the beginning of the term also helps improve leadership, management and organizational skills in implementing political tasks; methods of operating Party cell activities, building and organizing resolutions, promoting democracy, strengthening discipline, etc.

From there, the Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Party Committee members at all levels will be equipped with sufficient political qualities, ethics and capacity, scientific working style, improve capacity, thinking, vision, quality, work efficiency and practical experience, to meet the requirements of the new situation.

Focus on quality, linking theory with practice

In order for the training course to be of high quality and effective, the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs said that the Organizing Committee of the training course invited the reporters who are leaders of the Party's Grassroots Departments, Party members - Central Organizing Committee, Government Party Committee's Inspection Commission, and lecturers of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to directly compile documents, lectures and convey the training content.

Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long noted that the reporters should focus on raising practical and new issues, and increase exchanges and discussions so that students can gain direct experience and absorb content in party building work in the coming time.

The Ministry's leaders also requested that Party committees at all levels must uphold the spirit of responsibility, discipline in studying, fully participate, seriously research, and enthusiastically discuss; combine studying with sharing practical experiences, frankly raise difficulties and problems to receive guidance and answers from reporters.

The Deputy Minister affirmed that the organization of the Party Committee training course took place in a context of special importance, as it was the opening year of the new term of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The entire Party Committee of the Ministry is making efforts to complete the political tasks of 2025 and deploy tasks in the coming term.
