The Party Committee of the 12th Army Corps Command extends New Year greetings to Ninh Binh province.

On the afternoon of January 30th, a delegation from the Party Committee and Command of the 12th Army Corps, led by Major General Truong Manh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the Army Corps, visited and extended New Year greetings to Ninh Binh province.

The delegation was received by comrades: Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On behalf of the delegation, Major General Truong Manh Dung, Commander of the 12th Army Corps, affirmed that the former 1st Army Corps, now the 12th Army Corps, has always received the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province; and the coordination of departments, agencies, and localities of Ninh Binh province. This has created favorable conditions for the Army Corps to successfully complete its assigned tasks.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the Party Committee and Command of the 12th Army Corps wish the Party Committee, government, military, and people of Ninh Binh province a prosperous and successful new year, filled with many new achievements. They also hope that in the coming time, the province will continue to pay attention to and assist the Army Corps units stationed in the area in successfully fulfilling their assigned tasks.

The comrade affirmed: In 2023, the 12th Army Corps was established on the basis of its predecessor units with a long and glorious tradition from the 1st and 2nd Army Corps. This is an important event not only for the Army Corps itself but also for the province, as Ninh Binh continues to be chosen as the location for the Army Corps' command headquarters. He also emphasized that in the coming time, Ninh Binh province will accelerate socio-economic development in a rapid and sustainable direction. Therefore, he hoped that the 12th Army Corps would continue to cooperate closely with Ninh Binh province, especially in ensuring political security, social order and safety, and local defense and military affairs.
