On the afternoon of January 30, the working delegation of the Party Committee and Command of the 12th Corps led by Major General Truong Manh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of the Corps, visited and extended New Year greetings to Ninh Binh province.
Receiving the delegation were comrades: Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
On behalf of the working delegation, Major General Truong Manh Dung, Commander of the 12th Corps affirmed: The previous 1st Corps and the current 12th Corps have always received the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province; and the coordination of departments, branches and localities of Ninh Binh province. This has created favorable conditions for the Corps to successfully complete its assigned tasks.
On the occasion of the New Year, the Party Committee and the Command of the 12th Corps wish the Party Committee, government, army and people of Ninh Binh province a new year of peace, prosperity and many new victories. At the same time, we hope that in the coming time, the province will continue to care for and help the units of the Corps stationed in the area to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
Provincial Party Secretary Doan Minh Huan sincerely thanked the Party Committee and the 12th Corps Command for their affection, attention and coordination towards Ninh Binh province.
He affirmed: In 2023, the 12th Corps will be established on the basis of predecessor units with glorious traditions of the 1st and 2nd Corps. This is an important event not only for the Corps but also for the province because Ninh Binh continues to be chosen as the headquarters of the Corps. At the same time, he emphasized that in the coming time, Ninh Binh province will promote socio-economic development in a fast and sustainable direction. Therefore, he hoped that the 12th Corps would continue to closely coordinate with Ninh Binh province, especially in ensuring political security, social order and safety, and local defense and military work.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, the Provincial Party Secretary sent his best wishes to all officers and soldiers of the 12th Army Corps for good health, happiness and excellent completion of all assigned tasks.
