Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies chaired.

Also attending were comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and comrades in charge of Deputy Secretaries, members of the Standing Committee, members of the Party Inspection Committee; comrades of the Party Committee, reporters, heads of departments and professional departments.

The conference was held in both in-person and online formats with the participation of more than 1,300 cadres and party members across the Party Committee at 36 locations, including 1 main location.

The key to putting the Resolution into practice

The 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term took place in August 2025 and was a great success, opening a new development period.

The Congress discussed democratically and reached a high consensus, passing a Resolution with the theme: "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party organizations and party members, contributing to building Nghe An into a well-off province of the country".

The Congress also affirmed the motto for action during the term: "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation". This is both a guideline and a call to action for all cadres and party members in the Party Committee.

Organizing a conference to disseminate the Party Congress Resolution is of great significance, contributing to unifying awareness, creating new momentum and motivation, turning political determination into concrete actions to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out by the Congress.

In his opening speech, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agencies requested the delegates to uphold their sense of responsibility, concentrate highly on studying and fully absorbing the implementation contents to reach a high level of consensus in awareness and action, promptly concretize, lead, closely direct, and resolutely and effectively implement resolutions and projects at the Party Committees, agencies, and units.

He also noted to seriously and qualitatively implement the online writing of the report as deployed by the Organizing Committee; do a good job of propaganda work, promote emulation movements in the entire Party Committee, and be determined to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the Congress Resolution.

“The Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies is the crystallization of the wisdom, will, and aspiration for innovation and development of the entire Party. Thoroughly grasping, studying, and organizing the implementation of the Resolution is the key step to turn the targets, tasks, and solutions of the Congress into vivid reality in life,” Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the representative of the Party Standing Committee thoroughly grasp the basic and core contents of the Resolution; in which, clearly assessed the results achieved, limitations, causes and lessons learned in the past term.

At the same time, clarify the theme, action motto, main targets, key tasks, breakthroughs and main tasks and solutions in the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Party Standing Committee has deployed the Plan to implement Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period.

Dr. Dao Van Thanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, Central Office of the Party discussed some basic contents on digital transformation work in Party agencies.

Innovation in concretizing resolutions

The Party Committee advises, orients and implements the policies and guidelines of the Party and State; the policies and resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee.

In his closing speech at the conference, comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies noted a number of contents to concretize the Congress Resolution into the practical activities of Party committees at all levels, agencies, units and each cadre and party member to achieve the highest efficiency.

Accordingly, grassroots Party committees need to continue to study in depth, grasp the spirit and content of the Resolution and the contents disseminated at the conference and promptly and proactively develop action programs and plans to implement the Resolution in the direction of innovation, clearly assign tasks, determine timelines, targets, and specific solutions; ensure consistency and unity from policy to action.

At the same time, Party committees at all levels urgently supplemented action programs to implement the Resolution of Party committees and Party cells on the basis of the targets, tasks and solutions set forth in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Party agencies, in which the key tasks and breakthroughs were especially specified to effectively implement the goals set forth in the Resolution of the Congress.

He also noted the need to create a clear change in awareness, action and responsibility of Party committees, cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the organization, implementing digital transformation activities, applying information technology, contributing to innovating professional, scientific and effective working methods in performing assigned tasks.
