Tonight (September 12), commemorating the 995th anniversary of the name Nghe An (1030-2025), the 95th anniversary of the Nghe Tinh Soviet (September 12, 1930 - September 12, 2025), receiving the Certificate of ranking as a special national monument "Places marking the Nghe Tinh Soviet Movement (1930-1931) in Nghe An", Party, State and provincial leaders offered flowers and incense to pay tribute to the martyrs of the Soviet movement at the Nghe Tinh Soviet Relic Site in Hung Nguyen Commune and the Memorial House of the Nghe Tinh Soviet Martyrs in the grounds of the Nghe An - Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum in Thanh Vinh Ward.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee; Hoang Dao Cuong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism .

The Nghe Tinh Soviet 1930 - 1931 was a brilliant milestone in the history of the Vietnamese revolution, becoming a symbol of heroism, steadfastness, and indomitability of the children of Nghe An homeland. The flame of the Nghe Tinh Soviet has become a sacred flame, illuminating and encouraging our Party and People to overcome all hardships and challenges, firmly moving towards Socialism , makinga worthy contribution to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The delegation respectfully commemorated and paid tribute to the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs in the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement 1930-1931.

The demonstration on September 12, 1930 in Hung Nguyen hometown had an extremely great significance, demonstrating the spirit of determination of our Party and People to fight against the feudal colonial regime, bringing the struggle movement to a climax with the consensus and solidarity of workers and farmers under the leadership of the Party; calling on the masses of the whole country to rise up and fight uncompromisingly against the enemy, moving towards gaining independence and unification for the nation.

The Party Committee, Government and People of Nghe An and the whole country will forever remember, respect and be grateful for the great sacrifices of the heroic martyrs in the struggle on September 12, 1930 and the martyrs who sacrificed in the cause of fighting for national independence, building and defending the Fatherland.
