Bac Cam Ranh Ward: Total outstanding debt at the Social Policy Bank reached more than 157 billion VND

The Cam Ranh Bank for Social Policies (BSP) transaction office has just held a regular transaction session in Bac Cam Ranh ward.

Currently, Bac Cam Ranh ward has 64 savings and loan groups with a total outstanding debt of 157.6 billion VND, an increase of more than 20.2 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year. Credit management has been implemented effectively; overdue debt accounts for only 0.05% of total outstanding debt.

At the transaction session, in addition to activities of receiving savings deposits, debt collection, and disbursement, the Social Policy Bank coordinated with the Ward People's Committee, entrusted socio -political organizations, and the Head of the Savings and Loan Group to organize meetings to resolve difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing policy credit.

People borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank to invest in livestock farming.

In fact, many households borrowing in the ward effectively use policy capital to invest in production and small businesses, contributing to job creation and income increase. Organizing regular transaction sessions at the grassroots level not only helps people save time and travel costs, but also strengthens close coordination between the VBSP and local authorities in managing policy credit capital, contributing to the goal of "For the poor - Leaving no one behind".
