Hai Phong is developing based on three strategic economic pillars: industry - high technology; seaport - logistics; tourism - trade. The city is committed to creating all favorable and transparent conditions to attract domestic and foreign investors to survey and cooperate, and is ready to listen to comments and share to promote effective cooperation in the field of seaports and logistics. From there, realize the aspiration: Turning seaport advantages into national advantages, turning special mechanisms into new development drivers for Vietnam in the era of integration and innovation.
