Specialist Doctor Level I: Strengthening and enhancing professional competence

Specialist Doctor Level I is a postgraduate training level for doctors who have graduated as general practitioners and meet the requirements regarding length of service as stipulated in the training regulations issued by the Ministry of Health.

The Specialist Doctor Level I training program focuses on consolidating specialized knowledge, improving practical skills, and developing the ability to solve common professional problems in the field of study.

The current regulations stipulate a training period of 24 months for specialist doctors (Level I). During the training, trainees simultaneously participate in academic studies, continue their professional work at healthcare facilities, and fulfill practical training and evaluation requirements as per the training program.

Upon completing the program and meeting all the required conditions, students will be awarded a Specialist Doctor Level I degree in their specialized field of study.

Specialist Doctor Level II: In-depth training for core human resources.

Specialist Doctor Level II is a postgraduate training level for doctors who already hold a Specialist Doctor Level I degree and meet the work experience requirements as stipulated in the training regulations issued by the Ministry of Health.

The Specialist Doctor Level II training program aims to train a team of doctors with in-depth professional expertise, capable of assuming core roles in professional activities, line management, training, and scientific research at healthcare facilities.

The current regulations stipulate a training period of 24 months for specialist doctors (level II), with higher requirements for practical skills, comprehensive knowledge, and professional development.
