On July 2, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade to organize a digital transformation training program for market management boards and small traders in the city.
This is one of the key activities to raise awareness, skills and capacity to apply digital technology for traditional market traders. Through the program, market management boards and traders will be equipped with practical knowledge about e-commerce, digital payment methods, sales management on digital platforms, online product promotion, etc., helping them quickly adapt to the digital transformation trend in the commercial sector.
Participating in the training program are experts from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, businesses providing digital transformation solutions for markets and small traders today, and the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform.
At the program, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vu, Director of the Institute of Digital Transformation, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, shared with market management boards and traders digital transformation solutions for traditional market management.
In addition, during the Discussion session, market management board and traders had the opportunity to listen to the sharing and exchange directly with experts from solution enterprises Sapo, Haravan, ViHat to be provided with practical knowledge, implementation experience and tools for digital transformation in the business process.
Not only providing practical knowledge, the training program is also an opportunity for market management boards and traders to experience the actual process of livestreaming sales on e-commerce platforms and receive expert sharing and guidance on the steps to operate online stores and livestream sales.
