On the morning of September 27, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police said that the unit had just received a report via Zalo channel about a clip recording images of a group of people cycling sports violating traffic on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, towards Noi Bai Airport.
When a car driver reminded them "you're going the wrong way", this group of people surrounded the car and threatened the driver with harsh words.
A large group of people riding sports bikes are people who love sports and live a healthy life. Passion for sports is the attitude of civilized people, and of course sports always go hand in hand with culture.
Participating in cycling is to promote green living for those who love nature and protect the environment. People who live with such culture cannot behave rudely to those around them. But unfortunately, some of them have the opposite attitude.
Riding a bicycle on a prohibited road is a violation of traffic safety regulations. Being reminded again, threatening to assault the person who reminded them is an act that is very unsportsmanlike and uncultured. Therefore, when the clip about the incident was posted on social networks, many people expressed their disagreement with the group of cyclists, condemned their rude behavior and requested strict punishment.
The regulation prohibiting bicycles from entering this route is to ensure traffic safety for cyclists, all for the sake of humanity, for the safety and health of traffic participants. People who consciously comply with traffic laws first protect themselves, then others.
Compliance with traffic laws is also an act of building a civilized nation, contributing to improving the intellectual level and quality of life for the community. Each person consciously obeying the provisions of the law is fulfilling part of the citizen's responsibility towards the country.
Anyone can shout out loud "I am a patriot", but not everyone can act on it.
