However, deep in each of his melodies, the inspiration for the homeland is always an endless source. He shared that the song was written with the idea that the country is a living organism, capable of dialogue, capable of love, and is passionately called: Oh land, oh country.
The song's melody is written in the lyrical folk genre, a subtle combination of traditional music and modern pop music. The sound of the monochord throughout the song not only increases the depth of emotion but also symbolizes the Vietnamese soul – deep, resilient and rich in inner strength. The gentle rhythms and soft melodies evoke the melodies of Northern folk songs, Nghe Tinh folk songs, creating a unique identity with the soul of Vietnam.

Musician Duc Thuy's arrangement also played an important role in shaping the emotions of the song. With his delicate harmony techniques, he "retold" the story of the song not only through sound but also through the depth of the musical space, helping listeners feel the transformation of the country from the past to the present, towards the future.
