Windows 10 officially stops updating from October 14
Microsoft will stop all updates for the Windows 10 operating system from October 14, 2025, leaving about 400 million computers that cannot upgrade to Windows 11 at risk of cyberattacks.
According to Consumer Reports, there are currently about 650 million people worldwide still using Windows 10.

Although the company offers a one-year security extension for $30, many consumer organizations in the US and Europe have protested because of the lack of backward compatibility and the waste of electronics. Experts recommend that users consider switching to another operating system such as Linux to protect their devices in the long term.

A new study from Google DORA found that 90% of tech workers now use artificial intelligence in their work, up from 76% last year. AI is widely used in writing and editing code, but trust levels are still divided: Only 20% of survey respondents have complete confidence in the quality of code generated by AI.

The device integrates a 12MP camera, 5 microphones, a mini speaker and a Qualcomm AR1 chip that supports ChatGPT for translation, voice notes and AI image description. Although it does not support livestreaming like Meta Ray-Ban, Rokid still impresses with its ability to record, play music and display notifications directly on the glasses.
Rokid glasses start at $549, which is cheaper than the Meta Ray-Ban Displays ($800).
