The Song Ray Tourist Area Project has a scale of more than 8.1 hectares, with a total investment of about 68 million USD. The entire planning and construction are harmonious, in the style of ancient and luxurious European culture, focusing on sustainability, environmental protection as well as maximizing the native ecosystem of Song Ray with the poetic and pristine natural scenery of rivers, wharves, lakes and the historical heritage of Loc An Unnumbered Wharf.
The project includes 38 resort villas and luxury hotels, entertainment areas, nature experience areas and many modern amenities serving high-end resorts. Song Ray Tourist Area will be launched on the market after 18 months from the commencement date. When completed, the project promises to become a unique destination, bringing the tourism brand of Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Vietnam to a new level.
